Shipping & Returns Policy

Note:Processing and shipment times may take longer than usual due to COVID delays. We are doing everything we can to continue to provide the greatest experience for our clients. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to complete your orders.

-Your purchase will be processed within 1-5 business days. Shipping periods usually range from 12 to 20 days and possibly up to 4 weeks. We ship straight from China to give you the finest retail prices and to reduce environmental waste. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns Policy
We do not issue refunds once an order has been PROCESSED or SHIPPED. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can cancel your order.

The buyer is responsible for custom fees, shipping fees, and return fees.

If the item you receive is damaged, we provide returns/exchanges! There is a 2-day timeframe for us to be notified once it has been delivered. A picture of the damaged product is required for us to evaluate whether or not the product is in fact due for an exchange.

Items that are non-refundable
We are unable to accept returns on sale products or altered items. We also do not accept refunds for incorrectly entered addresses or packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed. By making a purchase from us, you accept that we will not be held liable.

Problems and damages
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue. Once the item is delivered, you have two days to contact us with concerns.
